Information for members of the
Tiffany Park Homeowners Association

APPLIES TO
This page applies only to members of the Tiffany Park Homeowners Association (TPHA). The membership of the TPHA is composed of the owners of homes in areas of Tiffany Park whose description (in King County's record of plats) includes the terms "Division 4" or "Division 5." Together, those two divisions form the southeastern portion of the Tiffany Park area. Anyone buying a home in Division 4 or Division 5 is automatically a member of the TPHA and is required to pay annual dues. There are 89 houses in the TPHA.  All the street addresses in the TPHA appear in a PDF file.  Click on the "+" sign at the top of the file to enlarge the text.

COVENANTS IN DEED
The deed to any property in these divisions contains rules called covenants. In essence, covenants are a form of contract and are binding on the homeowners. On this page is a link to the TPHA's covenants. The covenants displayed are those from Division 4. Divison 5 has the same covenants.

Last revised April 21, 2018.

Wikipedia has an article on covenants.
AUTHORIZATION
Inclusion of the covenants on the TPNA website was approved by the TPNA Steering Committee at its meeting of January 2015. The Committee did so as a courtesy to the TPHA because the latter does not have its own website.
ANNUAL MEETING
In 2023 the TPHA held its annual meeting at the Fairwood library. Here are the minutes of that meeting.
