General Information about the Association

NON-PROFIT
The Tiffany Park Neighborhood Association (TPNA) is a non- profit corporation of Washington State, representing the owners of about 500 homes in the Tiffany Park area of southeastern Renton, Washington.
It is one of several neighborhood associations recognized by the City. The TPNA was formed in 2006 by Daniel Goldman and other concerned neighbors.

A subset of TPNA is 89 homes comprising the Tiffany Park Homeowners Association, a legal entity based on the deeds of those properties. The TPHA has its own web page on this site.

GOALS/VISION
  1. Improve the appearance of the neighborhood through community projects
  2. Improve safety by cleaning up graffiti, cleaning sidewalks, curtailing speeding,  and dealing with crossings
  3. Facilitate social activities
  4. Protect the residential character and property values of the neighborhood (deal with issues such as traffic, noise, and run-down property)
  5. Offer assistance to neighbors needing a response from the City
  6. Work with the City and other groups
  7. Foster neighborhood pride and a sense of community
  8. Involve neighborhood youth in community projects.
HOW GOALS ARE FULFILLED
The Association's goals are fulfilled through these activities: Conducting Business
Events
Work Parties.

Goals are also fulfilled by dealing with issues such as speeding, crime, code violations, litter, a shortage of volunteers, and the housing development. In 2018, a new issue surfaced: using the road shoulder by Ginger Creek Park as a park-and-ride area.
