STATUS OF HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
As of September 9, 2020:
Construction of new houses continues.

The name of the project is "Allura at Tiffany Park." The houses are being built by MainVue Homes: https://www.mainvuehomes.com/wa/communities/allura.

The property lies within the boundary of the TPNA and has three streets: SE 18th Street, SE 19th Way, and Olympic Court SE.

ANNUAL MEETING
The annual meeting of the general membership is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. (new time) on Thursday, October 8 as a virtual meeting using Zoom software. COVID-19 restrictions prevent an indoor or outdoor gathering. main topics will be voting on new members of the Steering Committee and possibly a change to the Association's bylaws. A member of the Renton Police Department might participate. More information to follow...

PLANNING SESSION FOR THE ANNUAL MEETING
The Steering Committee will meet in a special session to conclude planning for the annual meeting of the general membership. This will take place on Thursday, October 1, 2020. and will be a virtual meeting using Zoom software.

NEXT STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING
The next Steering Committee meeting takes place at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, November 11 .  Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the meeting will be conducted by video conference, as were the meetings in March, May, July, August, and September.
